Frequently asked questions
Are you a manufacturer?
No. ALTIS SALES is an independent sourcing company. We identify suitable manufacturers for your parts and coordinate the project with them on your behalf.
Which files can I send?
Whatever you have: PDF or DWG/DXF drawings, 3D models (STEP, IGES, STL, SolidWorks…), photos, catalog references, or a physical sample. Large files can be shared through a transfer link.
Will my drawings stay confidential?
Yes. Your files are only shared with the manufacturers consulted for your part, and we can sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send anything.
What quantities do you handle?
From prototypes to production runs. Tell us your volumes and we will look for manufacturers suited to them.
How do you manage quality?
Manufacturers are checked before any order, the first article or sample is approved by you, and each shipment can be inspected before it leaves the factory.
Which countries do you serve?
We work mainly with companies across Europe, and we support international projects on request.
